Apologies for the audio hiccups on Pete's end, Skype seemed to have been intermittently mangling the connection.
Holiday release season is in full effect, over the midpoint and fast approaching arguably the biggest Xbox 360 release Halo 4. So the week involved a mad dash to finish up games to make time for the juggernaut. Peter goes in on his continuing Dishonored play through, and gives first impressions of Assassin's Creed 3 offering narrative speculation and criticism of some of the tutorials. Eric goes all in on WWE 13, bringing it back to the glory days of "Attitude" era WWF/E, discussing the positive changes to the gameplay, and inevitable comparisons to No Mercy on the N64 are made.
In news, we go in depth about the Borderlands 2 "graveyard" glitch, speculating and explaining how and why it's possible for the nefarious types which also have modded Xboxes to cause your character to be deleted. We celebrate the fact that XCOM: Enemy Unknown appears to have sold decently. And of course there's no avoiding the megaton entertainment news of Lucas Film and everything under that umbrella being purchased by Disney. Our conversation centers on what this means for Lucas Arts games and if there's a threat of M rated games being squash or shunned in the House of Mouse. Of course the line of digressions naturally finds its way to Marvel comics.
To finish things off, Peter is given a soap box at 00:48:14 to do a quick recap of the Canada Cup, a major Fighting Game tournament which happened in Calgary, (dramatic pause) Alberta, Canada a week ago.
