SSX 3 and Tricky inspired DLC coming to SSX

After sending out a few puzzle pieces that appeared to resemble SSX Tricky last week, Electronic Arts has confirmed that SSX will be getting both SSX 3 and SSX Tricky inspired costumes and mountains as downloadable content come May 1.

The DLC will include Mt. Eddie, a brand new "ultra long" mountain that will feature nine new Race and Trick drops and promises to to offer the "huge kickers, ridiculous grinds" of classic SSX games. The mountain will even include a couple music tracks from the previous games.

Seven retro SSX characters from SSX 3 and Tricky will also be included with the DLC, each including their own unique snowboard.

The combined bundle will cost you 640 Microsoft Points (or $7.99 in real world money) when it comes out May 1 or you can purchase the mountain and characters separately for 480 MSP ($5.99) each on the same day.
