Ubisoft regsiters Avengers domain name

Is Ubisoft working a game based on the Avengers movie that was released last week? Fusible is reporting that a recent domain registration may be have outed the game.
The site reported that the domain name "avengersbattleforearth.com" was registered on May 3rd, the day before the theatrical release of the Avengers in North America. The domain was registered through the brand protection company MarkMonitor. According to Fusible the domain is currently registered to Marvel Characters Inc but resides on the servers of Ubisoft.
News broke last September that THQ's now defunct studio, THQ Studio Australia had been working on a unannounced adaptation of Joss Whedon's Avengers.Marvel then subsequently announced that they had taken back the rights to the game based on the Avengers and would be "exploring potential publishing and licensing opportunities".
