Resident Evil to may include six player co-op, eight person multiplayer

Last week we reported on Capcom's Resident Evil 6 reveal and now a listing on Xbox.com may have more info about the game. The listing shows the game including two player offline co-op, six player online co-op and an eight player limit with multiplayer. No word yet on if the multiplayer will be the same Mercenaries mode from RE5 or something entirely new. Also with the information coming from the Xbox site and not Capcom themself there's no telling if this info is completely true or not so we'll have to wait for something official from them.

Resident Evil 6 will be released this fall on November 20, 2011.
